These terms govern your use of datareport.ai, operated by Florian Stangl, Austria. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Beta service
datareport.ai is currently offered as an invite-only beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided “as is” during this period. We may contact you about your usage and feedback.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to connect any third-party data source you authorize, and to share the resulting reports with your clients.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you connect and the reports you generate. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement is available to customers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on report output. The service is provided without warranties during the beta.
